*** Okay, to try to explain... 1- The White Receiver Works and Charges, 2- The Black Transmitter shows the power light on when the USB cord is plugged directly into it HOWEVER, the power button seems to be jammed and I would not even know where to begin to try to fix this. 3- The Charging dock/case shows the charging light on the receiver when put into either side of the dock but I do not see any lights on the charging dock itself. Hope that all makes sense. If you have any specific questions please ask and we will also show detailed pictures trying to visibly explain what I tried to explain. Being sold as-is. No returns. ***
