This is listed as new other because it still has the price sticker on both the top and bottom of the building. I did not test the cord and I do not know if there is a bulb included. This would mean you are buying this item as is, the house is in beautiful condition with no visible chips, scratches etc. the outer cardboard sleeve appears to have been stored for many years with some slight moisture damage as well as bends in cardboard. Essentially this house is new with conditions listed above.
